HOW BILLING WORKS
Each restaurant has its own plan. Run two venues and you pay for two plans, managed from one login. Our team sets up extra venues for you.
Add a card to start your trial. You're not charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then from your Billing page.
Moving up to Pro takes effect straight away and is prorated. Moving down to Basic happens at the end of your billing period, so you keep Pro until then.
Cancel from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Paddle is our merchant of record. They run checkout, keep your card details safe and work out the tax for your region. Your card details never touch InstaTable.
Every InstaTable invoice is listed on your Invoices page with a PDF download, showing the tax for your region.
Your guests' money goes straight to you. Gift card sales and booking deposits are paid directly into your restaurant's own Stripe account. InstaTable never holds your guests' money and takes no commission on it. You pay only Stripe's standard processing fees.

Yes. Your 30-day trial starts when you add a card, and you're not charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Paddle, our merchant of record, adds the tax that applies where your restaurant is (for example, GST in New Zealand) at checkout and shows it on your invoice.
Yes. Upgrading to Pro takes effect straight away and is prorated. Downgrading to Basic happens at the end of your billing period. During your trial you can switch without being charged.
